Important changes to our company

Effective 1 March 2021, our services transitioned to LUCIAN SYSTEMS (PTY) LTD.

Due to the migration from a sole proprietorship to a Private Company, the following has changed:

- The company registration number - 2014/234526/07 - will be used
- We are required to have a new bank account and account number
- The company has a new VAT Number - 4890294145

All invoices issued from 1 March will reflect the new details and will be billed from Lucian Systems. Please double-check when making payment for invoices to avoid any additional administration on our side - remember that invoices issued up to 28 February will still need to be paid into the old/existing bank account.

If you settle your invoices via EFT or SWIFT, please endeavour to update your banking recipient profile for us to reflect the new company and bank account. These will be quoted on the invoice email or invoice itself, and for security reasons are not included here.

Should your invoices be paid via debit order via Netcash or card payments via PayFast, you will be unaffected by this change. Debit orders will have a new reference of LUCIAN.

Our support email will become support@luciansystems.com and for proof of payments, billing@luciansystems.com

The old email addresses will, however, continue to work, as will this customer portal, but the URL will redirect to our new domain.

There will be no downtime or changes to any services used by our customers other than the branding of our management portals and systems.
