Please note that when you sign up with us and place your first order, you should receive three emails :

Welcome
Order Confirmation
Customer Invoice

Sometimes these emails can be flagged as spam or junk mail by certain mail clients.  Check your spam or junk mai folder and if you are still unable to locate the mails, please log a support ticket advising us the email address you used to sign up so that we may investigate for you.
