We recommend that all users make use of IMAP connections in a mail client such as Outlook or Thunderbird, or the included webmail interface that is accessible via https://webmail.<yourdomainname>
If you are using a client, please configure IMAP as follows:
Incoming mail server: mail.<yourdomainname>
Port: 993 IMAPS
If using Outlook, enable Secure Password Authentication
Outgoing mail server: mail.<yourdomainname>
Port: 587 TLS or 465 SSL
If using Outlook, enable Secure Password Authentication
Your username and password are as configured in the cPanel Email Accounts interface.
